Should I get an MBA in Marketing, an MS in Finance or an MS in Applied Statistics?

I can't figure out if I want to do marketing research for a living or investment research and analysis or be a statistician - anyone have any advice?

If you wanted to be a statistician, you would already know. So scratch that.

An MBA in marketing is like a bachelor's degree in communications. Good if you can marry the chairman's daughter.

So figure on Finance. Willie Sutton was once asked why he robbed banks. He said, that is where the money is.

Reply:With an MS in statistics you can do both marketing analysis and financial analysis. All you need is several additional courses in business.
