Reply:do a comparative study with businesses who uses market research and those who dont - use statistical comparison in terms of bottomline sales which company earns more. But be sure you should be able to present a clear connection between the sales and the market research.





For instance, due to the results of the market research, company A was able to determine its direct target market - thus saving the company x value of operational costs etc.
Reply:Think about the company you deal with the most, or know the most about: bank, restaurant, travel, clothing, etc.. All have existing data, which may be available partially.


Polling and research companies like IPSOS should help you find case samples to tackle.
