Economics or Business Administration?
What do I major in if I want to become a market research analyst?
Taranto is right -- stats is key. It'll separate you from the rest of the applicants/employees.
Reply:Business Administration. You should take marketing classes, strategy classes and statistics. I hate to say it -- but statistics is probably the most important -- which means you need other math classes as well. You should supplement these classes with other business and economics classes.
Reply:marketing, psychology, and/or advertising
