Can a person make a living giving market research opinions?

In order for a company to get a non biased point of view and a demographic of sex, age, and ethnicity... They cannot keep hiring the same people.

Usually they pay 65 dollars to a child or adult once every six months, which is about twice a year to give an opinion about an up and coming TV series or about their car for 5 hours of someone's time.

There is no lucrative position to share your opinion for market research unless you are the sole owner of a market research company.

Can a person make a living giving market research opinions?
Yes. I have a friend who runs such a business.
